A summary of The Wermland Chamber of Commerce’s initiative for enhancing knowledge of e commerce as well as stimulating and working actively with e-commerce development in the region.
 
The book is both a description of the work that has been completed as well as a substantial experience bank where the choice of direction, factors for success and method are carefully considered. The purpose is to provide the reader with a conception of the work and an understanding of what has created success. What pitfalls has project management come across along the way? What is it important to consider during the different stages, in structure, in execution and in further development? What was especially successful? What could have been done differently?
