eBSN - Seminar 2

The second seminar in the project was a joint operation with two Norwegian seminars. The first was held in Fredrikstad on the 4th of September and the second one in Oslo on the 10th of September.
 
Seminar 2
The seminar in Fredrikstad had the topic e-invoices to the public sector in Norway. Both NorStella and the Wermland Chamber of Commerce attended the seminar and different subjects were discussed; how to increase the traffic with e-invoices, environmental issues and e-format standards.  In connection with the seminar the Wermland Chamber of Commerce, NorStella, Fredrikstads Kommune and KS from Norway had a meeting discussing the eBSN project and how to continue the good relation we have started. How to transfer the model to Norway and what can the different parts do? We decided that the decision from last meeting that we will apply for new funds from the EU will continue. It is very important that there is a leading part in Norway with the right competence and connections; it could be KS locally or maybe a single municipality as Fredrikstad.

In Oslo the conference was about e-commerce and invoice systems. During the day our project partner NorStella held a seminar: To use e-invoice based on internationally standards. Information of the Wermland Chamber of Commerce´s project Handelsplats Wermland and the good results were shown and it was stressed the importance of collaborations in such a project. The Handbook that we have produced in the eBSN project was distributed among the, over, 200 attendances.
 
We will now collect all the experience in this project and put together a final report. The project ends in September and the ambition is to continue the work between Sweden and Norway and transfer the knowledge and experience from Handelsplats Wermland to the Norwegian part.
